This method of payment is very uncommon in the Dubai property market.
The offer was confirmed by one of Landmark's agents, according to Gulf News.

The acceptance of credit card payments depends on how many annual payments a tenant wishes to make, a property agent said.
However, banking experts say this offer need to be handled with care.
